TheHobbyist ("Developer") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use Bizzy Lite ("Software") on devices you own or control, solely for personal or internal business purposes.
Bizzy Lite is freeware — it is free of charge to download and use. It is not open source. No source code is provided and no rights beyond those expressly stated here are granted.

The Software is proprietary to the Developer. All rights, title, and interest — including all intellectual property rights — remain exclusively with the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive only the limited usage rights expressly stated herein.
Bizzy Lite is designed for use by non-GST registered businesses operating below the GST threshold. It is not a GST-compliant software and must not be used to generate GST invoices, file GST returns, or for any purpose requiring compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Act or any other tax legislation.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Developer makes no representation that the Software meets any statutory, regulatory, or legal requirement.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You assume the entire risk as to the quality, accuracy, performance, and suitability of the Software for your business purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All business data entered into Bizzy Lite — including sales, purchases, inventory, customer details, supplier details, and financial records — is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Software, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
The Developer may release updates or new versions of the Software at any time without obligation. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless a new agreement is presented. The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without notice and without liability.
This Agreement is effective from the moment you first use the Software and continues until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the Software and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
